This page explains what data UNCAT Oddshot collects when you submit a clip and how it's used.
What we collect
When you use the submission form, we collect:
- Nickname / Gamertag
- Description of your clip
- Game selected
- Video link (to a publicly hosted video, e.g. YouTube, Twitch, Streamable)
- Clip category (e.g. Best Highlights, Funny/WTF, etc.)
- Your answer to whether you recorded the clip yourself
- Your confirmation that UNCAT may show, edit, and monetize the clip on its social media channels
We do not collect your email address or any payment information.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review, select, and publish clips on UNCAT's social media channels (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). Your Nickname/Gamertag may be shown publicly alongside your clip if it's selected.
Legal basis
We process this data based on your consent, given when you submit the form and check the confirmation box.
Hosting
This site is hosted using third-party infrastructure (including Cloudflare) to deliver images and content. No personal data beyond what's listed above is shared with these providers beyond what's needed to run the site.
How long we keep it
We keep submitted clip data for as long as needed to review and potentially feature it, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we have about your submission
- Delete your submission and associated data
- Withdraw your consent for future use (note: this can't undo clips already published)
To do this, contact us at UncatOddshot@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
